Vertigo Events

Recently I was reading about Jack Ma, a leader who faced highest number of rejections and failures before stepping towards success. Even during his school days many teachers and friends attached the failure title to Jack Ma for not being good at academics. But he had great leadership skills, once he also won general elections in his school days. He won that election just because he had a good connections with people within the school and even outside. His unconditional love for internet and its applications made him come up with Alibaba.com (a Chinese e-commerce company).

We all will be having one such friend who won’t be excellent at academics, but will be having a great number of friends circle. Raju, my college mate is one who comes in that category. He was insulted many a times behind the screen for not being serious about studies and everyone thought he would end up suffering after completing engineering. He didn’t have that good marks to go and approach for a job, over that he did his engineering in mechanical and we see many mechanical engineers would end up getting a job in IT field, sales or marketing.

No one knows what’s running in ones mind! He was interested in music, he started working on setting up a business on his own in the same field. But how to start? From where to start? These are the two questions that make everyone slow down from working on anything. But he had a clear vision and used to go for pubs and parties almost every weekend. Everyone thought he is a party animal and doesn’t have any responsibilities or future plans, but none knew that he was planning to setting up an event management company! That’s how he came up with VERTIGO EVENTS.

He started getting closer with the DJs and other event management people. Over the time he earned a good connection with many people in that field, which helped him knowing more and learning more about how to set up his own company. Slowly he started generating some income out of every event and now he is earning at least double the amount of salary that any engineer would earn through their 9 to 5 job. While most of his classmate of mechanical branch are still busy in search of a job, he has set up his own business. Raju wali says, he is grateful to his parents because they never stopped him from working on anything that he loves. He further added, “Vertigo Events is just the first step and yet vertigo fashion models, vertigo musics and many more are yet to come”.
